**Preparation for 1% Agarose gel**

  1. Take 1 gm of agarose powder in a flask in such a way that it should not touch side surface of flask.
  2. Dissolve agarose powder in to 100ml Hippurate buffer
  3. Boil it until agarose is completely dissolved and solution become clear and homogenous
